A Caring Team That Truly Cares From the moment I called Dr. Linden's office, I knew I was in the right place. Linda answered the phone with genuine warmth and compassion, immediately putting me at ease about my upcoming root canal. She got me in quickly, which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived, the entire team continued to show the same level of care. Kisha, Dr. Linden's assistant, noticed my anxiety and pain right away. She walked me through every step of the procedure, answering my questions and making me feel comfortable and prepared. Dr. Linden himself was exceptional. He explained each step of the process as he worked and genuinely understood my concerns. He adjusted his approach to make sure I felt at ease throughout the entire procedure. It's so important to find a caring, compassionate dental team—and I found exactly that here. Dr. Linden came highly recommended, and now I completely understand why. Thank you for treating my tooth with expertise and for treating me with the utmost respect and kindness.

Dr. Linden and Keisha are extemely nice, informative and gentle. I however must express that I recently had a correction of a previous root canal with him. I was referred from my dentist at westgate. When I spoke with the receptionist she informed me that it would cost $2000. I was in a super bind in this economy thats not money i readily had, but having such intense pain I had the procedure done. A few days later I was looking at my insurance statement and discovered that Dr Linden was not in my network. Had I used an in network provider the cost wouldve been approx $600. I called his office back to ask the receptionist if she knew I wasnt in network she said yes she did. I asked her why she didnt inform me when i explained that it was an extremely high amount, she then informed me dentistry is different from medical and unless people ask she doesnt tell. In this ecomonid climate I think it would be simple best practice to inform patients of the clear picture to let them decide whether or not to use Dr. Linden. While I appreciate his service its bad business not to inform a patient of the full picture. Lesson learned also to myself to always ask from now on and not assume.

Dr Linden and his office staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I went in for retreatment of a root canal done elsewhere, and after working so hard to save the tooth, Dr Linden ended up having to extract it. His extraction technique was superb! Very little pain or swelling. I would highly recommend this practice. I only wish he did general dentistry as well.

Extremely professional office staff. Great facility. Dr. Linden is informative and attentive to my questions. The actual procedure was almost without discomfort, but it was a root canal. I felt well cared for.

Jeffery Linden deserves a ten-star rating. I went in for an emergency root canal two days ago. The experience was virtually painless and my recovery has been easy. I'd never had this procedure before and admit to being nervous. Dr. Linden is a meticulous, gentle clinician and his professionalism and care put me totally at ease. His office staff and hygienists are great too - and they work seamlessly together as a team. I can't recommend Dr. LInden's practice, Advanced Endodontic Specialists, enough. Thank you all so much !
